Vehicle Impound Program

In the event that your vehicle has been impounded

The following is a guideline of the necessary paperwork you will need in order to claim your vehicle.

To claim your vehicle you will need the following:

  • Valid Driver’s License and/or Government Issued Photo Identification Card
  • Proof of Ownership – Vehicle Registration, Valid Insurance
  • All fees are to be paid in Cash / Visa / MasterCard/ Interac

If your vehicle was impounded under the vehicle impound program (30 days/60 days/90 days/120 days)

  • The first step to claiming your vehicle is the Vehicle Impound Release, to get this release you must sign the release forms at your local Motor Vehicle Branch.
  • The registered owner must be present at our office unless otherwise indicated from the vehicle release forms, you must bring your Valid Driver’s License and/or Government Issued Photo Identification Card.
  • Proof of Ownership – Vehicle Registration, Valid Insurance
  • All fees are to be paid in Cash / Visa / MasterCard/ Interac
